It includes professional interior and exterior photography, aerial photography when applicable, a floor plan, MLS-ready and marketing-ready media, and a full property marketing website.
For a home under 2,000 square feet, Listing Essentials is $229.
This can be a great fit for a straightforward residential listing where the primary goal is clean professional photography, aerial context, and an easy-to-understand floor plan.
What Does the High-Performance Package Add?
My High-Performance Package includes everything in Listing Essentials and adds:
- Zillow 3D Home Tour
- Interactive Zillow Floor Plan
For homes under 2,000 square feet, the High-Performance Package is $299.
I particularly like this package for agents who want buyers to do more than simply scroll through photographs.
The Zillow 3D Home Tour allows potential buyers to virtually move through the property, while the Interactive Floor Plan helps them understand where rooms and photographs are located within the home.
These features can also give a listing additional visibility within Zillow.
What’s Included in The Works?
The Works is designed for listings that deserve the most complete presentation.
It includes everything from Listing Essentials and High-Performance, plus:
- Cinematic Fly-Through Video
- Premium Color Floor Plan with fixed furniture
For homes under 2,000 square feet, The Works begins at $399.
This package can make particularly good sense for luxury homes, distinctive properties, higher-end listings, or agents who want to create a stronger overall marketing presentation for their sellers.
Can I Build My Own Real Estate Photography Package?
Absolutely.
Not every property needs the same media, so agents can also book individual services.
Standard HDR photography begins at $199 for homes under 2,000 square feet, while aerial photography and aerial video are available individually for $175 each.
Other available services include cinematic listing films, cinematic fly-through videos, premium color floor plans, Matterport 3D tours, virtual twilight images, virtual staging, and additional aerial media.
This makes it possible to choose the media based on the property rather than forcing every listing into the same package.
Should Every Listing Get the Same Amount of Media?
Probably not.
A 1,600-square-foot home in a traditional subdivision may be well served by professional photography, drone imagery, and a floor plan.
A lakefront property, large estate, acreage listing, luxury home, or architecturally distinctive property may benefit significantly from video, Zillow 3D Home, an Interactive Floor Plan, premium floor plans, or additional aerial imagery.
The question I encourage agents to ask is:
What does a buyer need to see in order to fully understand this particular property?
The right listing media should answer that question without unnecessarily adding services that don’t contribute to the presentation.
