For this shoot, the goal was to capture both the craftsmanship inside the home and the relationship between the house, outdoor living spaces, pool, and lake.

This property offered far more to photograph than simply large rooms. Inside, details such as handcrafted barn doors, custom cabinetry, sand-and-finished hardwood floors, matte-blue Viking appliances, wine refrigerators, and a fully finished basement gave the home its own distinctive personality.
With a luxury property like this, I want the photography to communicate both scale and detail. Wider compositions help buyers understand how the rooms connect, while closer images can draw attention to the finishes and craftsmanship that separate a custom home from a more typical listing.
Showing the Connection Between the Home, Pool, and Lake
The outdoor setting was just as important as the interior. The property sits on a quiet lake cove and includes a custom pool that can be both heated and cooled, along with direct access to a shared four-slip dock where the home owns its own slip and boat lift.
